FAQ's

You should water your tree with 1 gallon of water per diameter inch of trunk one to two times a week.  The soil should be damp, but not saturated.  Overly wet conditions will drown the roots, or cause fungal decay issues.

Early to mid-Spring is a great time to plant. Mid-to-late Fall is also an excellent time to plant.  Both times give the new tree time to put on additional feeder roots for water and nutrient uptake before weather extremes.

There are many reasons why your new tree could be stressed, but the most common reason is improper planting techniques.  Planting a tree properly is hard work, and many landscaping companies cut corners to get the job done quickly or cheaply.
